I’m a quantitative scientist and builder. For the past 16 years I’ve been at the Gates Foundation and the Institute for Disease Modeling (which joined the Foundation in 2020), working across AI, data systems, analytics, decision support, and R&D portfolio management — most recently building AI for health delivery across Sub-Saharan Africa.
I created and led IDM’s epidemiology modeling team in the early years. PhD, Biophysics & Informatics, Indiana University.
